My father’s PC upgrade saga came to a close today with an acceptance of defeat. It appears that the GeForce 2 drivers are crap. This possibility is reinforced by the drivers’ version number on the CD that came with the card: 0.7N. There are things that we could try, but there is no more time. I am flying back to the UK on Saturday morning.
