Aah. I am aahing to express relief, and not, as the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary (Third Edition) says, to express amazement, joy, or surprise. (Although I aahed in all three of the latter emotions when I became aware that “aah” is good as a verb.) I am aahing in relief because I am enjoying a valley in the work intensity over time graph of my life. Alas, the valley is narrow, and it is flanked by near vertical walls of solid granite, rising towards the sky on both sides.
