I haven’t been updating often enough because most of the things I’ve wanted to write about lately are rants, and no one likes a whiner. So I will limit myself to saying that I think Icon magazine is excellent in design and content. I brought the latest issue home because it featured Atelier Bow-Wow on the cover (who were first brought to my attention through this entry on Momus’s blog), but leafing through it I discovered an article on the “not so random” conspiracy theory regarding the iPod Shuffle and a review of Pimp my Ride. Previous covers include Jonathan Ive and David Adjaye who critted my final MArch project at Bath. Caruso St John, who tutored my final project are featured in the Jonathan Ive issue. Much other goodness abounds. And all past articles show up on their site, so there’s nothing to whine about regarding Icon.
